These Terms of Service govern the use of the Aviora Cosmetics website and the purchase of products through our online store.

1. ONLINE STORE

Our website offers cosmetic and skincare products for purchase.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order. You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address and contact information are correct before submitting your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including in cases of suspected fraud, obvious pricing or technical errors, or where a product is unavailable.

If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, the relevant amount will be refunded.

2. PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to present our products, packaging, colours, descriptions and images as accurately as possible.

The appearance of colours may vary depending on your device or display settings. Product packaging or presentation may also be updated from time to time.

Customers should read the product information, ingredient list, directions for use and any warnings provided with the product before use.

If you have a known allergy or sensitivity, you should carefully review the product’s ingredient information before use.

3. PRICES

Product prices are displayed on our website in the currency indicated for the relevant market.

Any applicable taxes will be handled and displayed in accordance with applicable law. Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be shown before the customer completes the order.

We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where applicable law permits correction of an obvious error.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

An order is placed when you complete the checkout process and submit your order.

After placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation containing information about your order.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Orders will only be processed in accordance with the payment terms displayed at checkout.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are delivered to the destinations available during checkout.

Estimated processing and delivery times, shipping charges and other relevant delivery information are described in our Shipping Policy and/or displayed during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Your statutory consumer rights concerning delivery remain unaffected.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers purchasing online may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, in accordance with applicable Latvian and European Union consumer protection law.

The right of withdrawal and its exceptions are governed by applicable law. In particular, certain sealed goods may be subject to an exception after opening where they are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.

Nothing in our policies limits your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods.

7. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Individual reactions to cosmetic products may vary. Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

Information available on our website is provided for general product information and is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Aviora Cosmetics name, branding and content owned by AvioraCosmetics SIA, including applicable logos, graphics, photographs, text and website materials, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit content owned by AvioraCosmetics SIA without prior permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

10. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep our website available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

We may update, modify or temporarily suspend parts of the website where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security or technical reasons.

11. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AvioraCosmetics SIA is not responsible for losses resulting from misuse of products contrary to their instructions or from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without depriving consumers residing in another country of any mandatory consumer protections that apply to them under applicable law.

Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable Latvian and European Union legislation and applicable rules concerning consumer jurisdiction and dispute resolution.
